Return Policy

Returns-
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have tags still attached.

Refunds (if applicable)-
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)-
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)-
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, they are final sale.

Exchanges (if applicable)- 

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind or need a different size. We offer free exchanges on eligible items within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a free exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Tags and labels must be intact.

Certain items, such as personalized or final sale items, will not be eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

To initiate an exchange, click the link provided in your order confirmation email. If you need any assistance, contact us at info@effortlessapparel.shop and we will guide you through the process, including any specific instructions for returning the item.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover all shipping costs.
